The staff was polite, courteous. The hotel had a decent location next to a night club.

It was clean, and I loved wonderful staff and location. The room met the purpose, relaxing with hot tub. The club served a lot of meals for breakfast. No complains at all, thanks for a perfectly pleasant stay.

Unbeatable location, fairly clean hotel, well laid out rooms. The rooms were with hot tub, liked it. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Playa del Carmen.

It is gorgeous place to stay, the food is amazing, and location is incredible close to everything.

Clean pool, competent staff. It offered very good service and good food too. Besides, we could easily park onsite. The location was ideal, at a medium distance from an art museum.

all good - i liked my stay - food was reasonably priced and my bed was fine. deluxe queen suite i stayed at was silent. simply wonderful facilities and the pool was well-maintained. the best rocky beach i've seen before.

The bathroom I had was very old.

Definitely value for money, it was fairly nice stay. Gorgeous design, fair staff, spacious bed. The American breakfast included fresh bread, cheese and meats, but we didn't have time and didn't try all the menu.

Relaxing place with perfect staff and location.

Customer-facing staff, smooth communication, exceptional location. The bed was large, and in general I liked modernly furnished room. The breakfast was perfect, had plenty of options. With fast check-in and easy check-out, this hotel was SECURED.

I liked staying in this 5 star hotel. Had appropriate room with mosaic, very big bed and pillows. Don't forget to explore Centro district...

Traditional hotel, very respectful staff, tasty food. Very tidy rooms with comfortable enough beds. Had hot drinks in the pool bar in the evening. A wonderful beach, spectacular view.

My experience at this cute little hotel was wonderful. Experienced staff, provided thoughtful service and were eager to help. Meats, cheese and breads were lovely and complemented the American breakfast. Had cold drinks in the sports bar. Perfect beach was located near the venue.

Well organized room, genuinely friendly staff, exceptionally good breakfasts. Such huge suite and really comfortable bed. The staff did all they can for a such wonderful stay. Clean enough and accurate hotel in Centro district. It was also in front of indigo beach.

It was fairly clean & very spacious hotel, fabulous location and views. The bedroom was separate, loved it. The bkfast staff had a very pleasant manner. All inclusive property in a pretty quiet area of Playa del Carmen. We had a very lovely time.

So perfect place with so nice and very elegant rooms. The staff were all very polite and provided IMPECCABLE service.
